Server rules and regulations

Dear all,in order to keep the highest possible standards please note and follow these guidelines if you play on our servers or post on our forums.
We don’t like the following and we ask you to note:

No racism
No sexism
No cheating
No glitching on maps
No BUNNYHOPPING
No ignoring server rules.
The server rules are REALLY CLEAR on in game console and are regularly displayed so no excuses if you don’t read them!!!Take a minute to read them as they come up on display.Most importantly do NOT chuck a grenade,rpg etc in first 15 seconds of a round beginning.Please!….Makes the game a lot more fun not to be killed by a long ‘nade within seconds of being born…
Don’t swear on the forums or on the server console,or in Teamspeak-unless you are certain that you are with like minded people who wont be upset by swearing.
There is a program called ‘Morkeye’ running on our servers and it will warn,then kick you if you swear too much.
(If an admin decides your swearing is over the top-you risk being banned from our servers-remember we can check detailed logs going back many weeks to see who said what-and we do that often)
Don’t behave in a petty,silly way.So don’t make arguments just for the sake of arguing(that’s what Im here forJ)
Respect Admins and BsoD Clan members.What Admin say-GOES.What Clan members say goes too,so take note of what they say.If there is a problem with this then there is a Bans/Appeals forum to raise any issues.

How might I join?

You MUST be 16 or over to be a potential recruit;(Very rare exceptions subject to admin approval example father/son)

Membership is by
INVITATION ONLY
So we will ask you to join if we like you, just keep playing here a lot on our servers and keep coming onto our TS.You might have to do this for some time. Posting a lot on the forums or playing a lot on our servers, will NOT on its own make you a clan member. Please indicate to us if you are interested in joing.You will appreciate that its takes a little while to make an assessment of what someone is really like,in terms of whether we think they would make a good recruit.
Also please state whether you are a Call of Duty4 or a Call of Duty 5 player or whether you like both.Complete a BSOD recruitment form,you will see link on left side of Home page.

Please note that ANY potential members WILL have their GUID's checked beforehand as a precaution to avoid any future embarrassment to BSoD.

There is a membership fee of £12 every 6 months. This is just £2 a month, which is 50p a week,the price of a mars bar every Saturday morning Smile You can pay this when/if we decide to make you a full member but it must be paid within 3 weeks of you joining us as a CLAN MEMBER. There is a donate button on homepage that means you can pay safely and securely that way using a credit/debit card or paypal if you use paypal.
Following the Poll result this fee MUST be paid
If you become a Full Clan member (not a ‘recruit’) and do NOT pay this £12 within that 3 weeks of becoming a Full Clan member then you will after a short opportunity to pay,be removed from the Clan

Becoming a site member

To become a site member first off register on the site. You’ll see join/register button at top of home page.Please complete your profile with as much detail as you are able to!
Please join our servers and TS if u want too, we are a very friendly bunch and will always make you feel welcome, so don’t be shy! We have guys and girls as Clan members of all ages from youngsters to seriously old and decrepid(me).Many of you play regularly on our Hardcore SD server-nice to know you like it enough to come visit us here!Dont be shy on the forums and make any suggestions that you might like to see.
If we do ask you to join us, and you accept our invitation, then For one month there is a trial period.We will make a note in admin of when this commences and when its due to finish,and if you settle in well then full membership is assured.After this you have to go seriously off the rails to be thrown out of BsoD!
